So this is a different post for me.. I don't usually ever blog about food here but I really wanted to share with you guys the smoothie bowl I made over this weekend.
Lately I have been trying to eat more foods that are good for thyriod health.
I've always had to be cautious about it my whole life and I've finally started to really eat foods that will benefit it.
This smoothie has the following ingredients that are beneficial for your thyriod:
Bananas
Blackberries
Chia Seeds
Kelp
Dragon Fruit
Chia Seeds
Kelp
Dragon Fruit
This smoothie bowl is super simple to make and does not need any additive sweetners!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of frozen Bananas
1 cup of almond milk
4 Dragon fruit balls
1 kelp capsule
4 Blackberries
Garnish:
1 cup of frozen Bananas
1 cup of almond milk
4 Dragon fruit balls
1 kelp capsule
4 Blackberries
Garnish:
Coconut flakes + chia seeds♡
I have never eaten dragon fruit . Maybe it’s time to
